My name is Jesse Wahl and I own and run JW Accounting! I have a heart and passion to keep more money in your pocket from the federal and state governments. I enjoy strategizing and creatively thinking on ways to reduce what you owe.

I received an accounting degree w/ a minor in economics w/ honors from NDSU in Fargo, ND (the state I grew up in). I lived in Redding, CA from 2015-2023 and now proudly reside in Sioux Falls, SD. I am a licensed CPA and love helping clients save money on taxes.

I previously served in the Army National Guard for eight years (deployed to Kosovo and Washington, DC). I also serve a local ministry in town three days a week as I have a heart and passion to give back.

Individual Tax Preparation

I specialize in tax preparation for small business, LLCs, rental properties, capital gains, etc. My starting fee is $650 for standalone individual tax returns (most are $650 to $1,200).



Business Tax Preparation

My primary focus is business consultation, deduction optimization, and tax return preparation. My starting fee is $850 for partnership and corporate tax returns depending on the quality of your accounting records (most are $850 to $1,800).



S-Corp Election

I can have your entity taxed as an S corporation for $450. I also perform a late S Corp election for prior years for $750. You can quickly save 8 to 10% on your net business income by reducing self-employment taxes!

Tax Consultation

My fee is $250 for 40 minutes. If you decide to move forward the fee will be credited to your tax return. It is always good to have a solid foundation and understanding and here is a low risk, high reward scenario!
